Un grand merci à Claire et Anne-Aristie pour leur aide. Elles ont pris le temps de comprendre nos problématiques, l'objectif de cette étude et de faire des recommandations de travaux pertinentes et surtout adaptées à notre bien immobilier. Leurs explications sont claires. J'ai enfin trouvé l'accompagnement dont j'avais besoin pour arbitrer sereinement et de façon éclairée entre les divers travaux de rénovation energétiques. Je recommande vivement de faire appel à ce bureau d'étude avant de s'embarquer dans des travaux. Merci !
C'est la 1ère fois que je recours à ce procédé mais je n'ai plus de solution. Suite à une erreur d'Ithaque lors du contrôle de nos travaux de rénovation (erreur reconnue par eux sans problème), nous avons perdu une partie de nos aides. Nous avons dû casser ce qui a été fait et refaire afin de remonter un dossier d'aides. Cela a été fait. Depuis la fin des travaux nous essayons de joindre Ithaque pour qu'ils fassent nos démarches pour toucher ENFIN les aides que nous aurions dû avoir si le travail avait été fait correctement (en effeg, nous avons payé pour une prestation de mandataire administratif). Et malgre les mails, les coups de téléphone, les relances, nous n'avons aucune réponse ni aucun retour. La prestation a été intégralement payée et aucun geste n'a été proposé pour les travaux que nous avons dû payer 2 fois. Je recommande donc la méfiance à l'égard de cette entreprise qui acce
Expérience mitigée avec ITHAQUE. Pour le prix de la prestation MAR, bien au dessus de ses concurrents, on aurait pu s'attendre à plus d'accompagnement et un suivi plus rigoureux. Nous avons fait confiance à ITHAQUE pour la recommandation d'entreprises via sa "filiale" Télémaque. Mais l'entreprise recommandée pour réaliser nos travaux d'ITE nous a fait vivre un calvaire pendant de nombreux mois (et ce n'est pas fini), sans aucun suivi de la part d'ITHAQUE, qui prend malgré tout sa commission sur la mise en relation. Plusieurs erreurs ont également été commises tout au long de la prestation MAR, avec une expertise très légère sur le terrain. 2 étoiles pour le côté proactif.
Nous ne pouvons pas être plus satisfaits ! Sylvère a une implication et des compétences dans le projet de rénovation énergétique de notre pavillon (comportant toute la complexité des structures métalliques) qui sont de notre point de vue remarquables. De plus, son savoir-être et sa propension à s’adapter aux différentes personnes avec qui il est amené à collaborer sont indéniables. Un grand merci à vous Sylvère et à toute l’équipe d’Ithaque.
