Kurzum: es lief alles wie am Schnürchen. Mit Hilfe von iKonzept 24 haben wir sehr nette Käufer für unsere ET-Wohnung gefunden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder mit iKonzept 24 zusammenarbeiten.

Leider muss ich sagen, bin ich absolut nicht zufrieden! Es gab keine ordentlichen Aufklärung über die Kosten, es wurde gedrängt auf die 3 monatige Kündigung zu verzichten, man sollte direkt im August beziehen. Und am Ende bei der Unterzeichnung stellte sich heraus, dass das Exposé absolut irreführend war. Es stand eine Warmmiete dabei, aber bei der Unterzeichnung wurde dann wie selbstverständlich gesagt, dass noch Heiz-und Warmwasserkosten hinzukommen . Und da obwohl extra angerufen und nachgefragt wurde, ein paar Tage zuvor, ob die Warmmiete auch so sei wie angeben und versichert wurde es sei alles so wie im Exposé nachzulesen. Also absolut unzufrieden!
Sehr gute und zuverlässige Firma. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell, freundlich und klar. Alles wurde professionell und unkompliziert bearbeitet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem gesamten Ablauf und kann iKonzept24 auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schnelle und angenehme Unterstützung
