Ich kann Homesk wirklich empfehlen. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur erfolgreichen Vermittlung meines Stellplatzes hat alles super funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig, und ich hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, gut betreut zu werden. Leider kann ich die vielen positiven Eindrücke nicht teilen. Ja, das Exposé war sehr ansprechend gestaltet, und das Unternehmen gibt sich modern, ein wenig "anders". Die Kommunikation verlief allerdings enttäuschend. Zwar wurde ich tatsächlich innerhalb von 24 Std. zurückgerufen, allerdings zu einem unpassenden Moment, bei meinem Rückruf war dann nie jemand zu erreichen. Dasselbe wiederholte sich am Folgetag. Als ich spontan zu einem der angebotenen Besichtigungstermine kam, wurde ich recht barsch abgewiesen. Die erneute Kontaktaufnahme per Mail führte dann zu der Information, dass keine Besichtigungstermine mehr vergeben würden. Liebe Leute, so doch bitte nicht! Auch im Interesse des Verkäufers?
Ich hatte schon einige Besichtigungen und habe auch schon viele Exposés von anderen Immobilienfirmen bekommen, aber so detailliert, ordentlich und umfangreich wie bei der Homesk GmbH habe ich es wirklich noch nie erlebt. Man merkt einfach, dass hier mitgedacht wird und alles vernünftig vorbereitet ist. Auch die Besichtigung mit Paul war wirklich top sehr angenehm, sympathisch und professionell. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
