Die Mitarbeiter sind auch bei dringenden Problemen, wie z.B. bei uns ein kaputtes Rohr in der Küche, Kühlschrank und WLAN-Router kaum erreichbar. Eine Mitarbeiterin (mittlerweile gekündigt) hat uns nicht geglaubt und nicht auf die Bitten eingegangen, einen Handwerker zu rufen, trotz Fotos und Videos vom Sachverhalt. Auch beim WLAN-Router war sie fest davon überzeugt, dass Ein- und Ausschalten schon helfen wird, obwohl unser Router einen physischen Defekt hatte (Slot für den Kabel war nicht mehr fest, da alter Router), von dem ihr Fotos und Videos vorlagen. Es werden Besichtigungstermine ausgemacht, zu denen entweder niemand erscheint oder es werden falsche Uhrzeiten für diese genannt. Mietern wird z.T. ein großer Teil der Kautio
Sehr freundlicher und professioneller Kontakt. Der Bewerbungsprozess war übersichtlich und gut erklärt, die Kommunikation schnell und zuverlässig. Insgesamt habe ich mich gut betreut gefühlt und kann Furnestate gerne weiterempfehlen.
