Profile summary
FINEHOME REAL ESTATE at a glance
FINEHOME REAL ESTATE is listed as a real estate agency in Thessaloniki, Greece. The supplied Google data show a rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars from 258 ratings. Website content was not accessible for this profile, so the description relies on the provided Google data and a selection of five reviews.
These accounts mainly describe friendliness, helpfulness and attentive support. One reviewer reports receiving help finding a house. Another, more detailed review describes the handling of two Airbnb properties, mentioning timely preparation for guests and a response to an additional guest request. That reviewer describes FINEHOME as a family-run business; no independent confirmation of its corporate structure is available.
The sources therefore indicate real estate brokerage and support for short-term accommodation. The exact services currently available, their costs and any coverage beyond Thessaloniki remain unclear. The founding year, team size and languages offered for consultations are also not documented in the supplied material.

Editorial context
Working with a provider in Thessaloniki – what matters
Before engaging a real estate agency in Thessaloniki, clients should establish whether their specific requirements match the services available. For FINEHOME REAL ESTATE, the supplied reviews indicate assistance with finding a property and support for Airbnb accommodation. They do not, however, establish a complete or binding service offering. Prospective clients should describe their needs and obtain written confirmation of the proposed tasks.
For a property search, useful points to discuss include the neighbourhoods covered, the type of property required, the budget and the timetable. Clients should also ask about brokerage fees, when payment becomes due and which services are included. It is helpful to agree on a designated contact person, the language of communication and arrangements for viewings and updates.
Short-term accommodation requires a clear division of responsibilities. The review about Airbnb support mentions preparing the properties and responding to a guest request. It does not establish whether cleaning, key handovers, listing management or accounting are included; these tasks should be discussed separately. Availability, response times and the handling of additional expenditure should also be agreed in advance.
The overall Google rating can provide an additional point of reference. However, the five positive reviews supplied here are only a selection and cannot replace a specific proposal or a review of the agreed terms.

Pleasure working with Fine Home family. Very kind and helpful experience. Thank you Giannis for the hospitality. The best real estate office in Thessaloniki
After taking care of my Airbnb for years, I was a bit hesitant to trust my two units to another company. It turns out that they were really great. Our airbnb rooms were ready on time. Our guests were happy. And the one time one of the guests needed something additional, Fine Home was right there to take care of everything, and my guests left happy with the experience. I highly recommend Fine Home for any of your real estate needs. The family-run company is always very responsive and helpful--a pleasure to work with.

Services in this field explained
A valuation estimates the price a property can achieve on the market, based on location, condition, size, fittings and comparable sales.
What does a valuation cost? Many agents offer an initial estimate free of charge. A formal market value report by a certified surveyor is paid; the fee depends on the property and effort.
When you sell, an agent handles valuation, exposé, viewings, negotiation and the notary appointment.
Who pays the agent's commission? When flats and single-family houses are sold to consumers, the commission is generally split between seller and buyer (§ 656c German Civil Code).
When letting, an agent takes care of listing, viewings, tenant selection and the tenancy agreement.
Who pays the agent when letting? Since 2015 the “orderer pays” principle applies to residential lettings: usually the landlord pays when they hired the agent.
