Bevor ich starte: 3 Sterne heißt „alles war in Ordnung“. Der Trend geht zu sehr radikalen Bewertungen, was ich nicht unterstütze. Zuerst muss man sagen, dass der Erstkontakt nett war. Wegen eines Urlaubs waren wir aber nicht in Leipzig und verabredeten ein Gespräch am Montag nach dem Urlaub. Das fand nicht statt. Auf Nachfrage habe ich dann an dem Mittwoch erfahren, dass die eigentliche Besichtigung nicht stattfinden wird. Das hat meinen freundlichen Ersteindruck getrübt. Weiterhin wurden uns zwar schöne Immobilien zugesendet, die teilweise lebenslanges Mietrecht oder sehr lange Sperrklauseln hatten, wobei wir telefonisch schon klar gesagt hatten, dass wir für die Eigennutzung suchen. Das empfinde ich als suboptimal, aber der Kontakt war immer freundlich und schnell. Fazit: Der Kontakt war nett und professionell, aber nicht herausragend gut, wenn es um die Bedürfnisse der Kaufenden ge
