For a commission higher than the market-standard 5%, one would expect a professional level of service and full support throughout the rental process. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. The agency failed to provide complete and accurate information about the property. Most questions had to be researched independently, and obtaining answers often required repeated follow-ups. As a tenant, I was left to resolve important issues on my own, despite paying a substantial commission specifically for professional assistance. The agent arrived late for the scheduled meeting, showed the property, and after that virtually all further issues became my responsibility, both in terms of time and cost.
