I had a bad experience with Mariam Mokhtar. She took two days to respond to my inquiry, I waited because I was interested, even though agents usually reply quickly. After more than a week and before sending me any details she asked for a big commission. I told her I was well aware of how off-plan sales work and the companies typically receive their commission from the developer. She is truly evasive and unprofessional, I don't recommend dealing with her.
