We have been involved in renting a property for many years and I would like to say we have never had a property manager as good as Alexandra. She responds so quickly to any query, she promptly deals with any problems using her expert tradies and is the most pleasant person. We have just changed tenants and the change over has been seamless. Aurora Property is so lucky to have her on their team.

It can be very challenging looking for a rental property, applications don’t always get acknowledged or you are not updated on the progress of your application . You are left wondering where you stand and if you need to keep looking or not as there is usually a certain time pressure on securing a property. Our experience with Aurora was not like this at all. There was constant communication and updates as to the progress. The application and procedure was straight forward and user friendly. Staff were helpful and efficient. Once accepted we were offered assistance connecting utilities. The entire process was professional and easy. We look forward to further dealings with this agency as our property management.

Just had a rather "messy divorce" from our previous agency (I'm sure others will post about this). Superb effort from Jo, Jess and Tamara for a seamless transition - they created calmness from the chaos. Nothing was too much trouble and they had all angles covered - very persistent in getting the required paperwork and making sure both of us and the tenants were ok during the process.
