*Update I was asked by the agent to take this review down and turn it to a 5 star review. I think it's only right I share this review here to help others. I initially paid my deposit and signed the contract 3/4 weeks before moving in. I was told that when I move in all the issues with the apartment would be fixed. When I first came to view the apartment it was filthy! I made it very clear that I would not be moving in to a place if it was not cleaned. Most especially the floor, which I on several occasions reminded the agent that it should be cleaned as there were marks, dirt and scratches everywhere. It definitely was not what you would expect from the advertised "Luxury Apartment". Nevertheless I continued and throughout the 3 weeks until my move in reminded the agent that the floor must be fixed before I move in. I must say in my 6 years living in Dubai this has been my worst expe
