Amazing experience with Usman. I live in KSA and was not practical for me to travel to UAE all the time. Usman took care of all issues, from purchase to renting to ultimate sale. I had multiple properties and dealt with multiple agents, Usman is the best by far. He is very honest, knowledgeable and responsive
Very disappointing experience with Al Ayan Real Estate Broker LLC. Before renting the studio, we were clearly informed that if any issues arose within the first 7 days, the company would take responsibility and cover the repair costs. However, within the first week, the AC developed a problem. Although we reported it immediately, the issue was not properly handled as promised. Instead of covering the expenses as agreed, we had to pay for the repairs ourselves. This was disappointing and not in line with the commitment made to us before renting. In addition, the behavior of some staff members was unprofessional and unhelpful. The only exception was Saif, who was polite and tried to assist us. I hope the management improves both customer service and their commitment to promises made to tenants. Not recommended based on my experience.
