This is the first Estate Agent I have worked with who I felt deserved his commission and more. The expression "Going the extra mile" is an apt description of Matisse. I contacted around 5 estate agents (as following some bad experiences I wanted to be sure of my choice); he stood out by far from the others... and his high standards and integrity were consistent throughout. He even helped us to solve an issue with my building which was out of his scope, but the other Syndics were not doing their duty... he stepped in and helped us to resolve it. Thank you so much!

Despite all the positive reviews here, we had an extremely bad experience with this agency. We had a very unprofessional female employee from Laforet Nice Gambetta, who faked some appointments that she cancelled shortly before the visit , insisting we could not refuse a certain client. She manipulated us into agreeing a rental with a couple who had no regular income and way to low salaries to afford the rent we asked. After one month these tenants decided not to pay anymore. The nightmare started Looking at the file 'dossier' they should never have been allowed to pass as candidates. To all foreigners I say stay away from this agency as long as this emplyee works there. Her boss is ok, but she did not take overall responsibility of this fiasco. We are considereing legal steps for all the financial and emotional damage we have suffered.
