Ich kaufe mir eine Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, das von der Firma Weser Wohnbau geplant und erbaut wurde. Bei der Übergabe musste ich mehrere Dutzend Mängel feststellen (Fliesen kaputt, Lichtschalter auf der falschen Türseite, mehrere Scheiben zerkratzt oder mit Einschlüssen etc.). Ein Teil der Mängel wurde ohne Wenn und Aber beseitigt, ein anderer Teil wiederum nicht. Selbst nach gemeinsam getroffenen Absprachen wurde versucht, Mängel als "normkonform" zu deklarieren. Schon nach ca. 3,5 Jahren zeichnete sich ab, dass sich das Parkett an einigen Stellen löste. Laut Weser Wohnbau ist dies "normal". Aus eigener Erfahrung weiß ich, dass sich das Parkett bei richtiger Verarbeitung nicht löst. Also ich suchte mir kurz vor Ende der Gewährleistung einen Gutachter, der zusammen mit einem Mitarbeiter von Weser Wohnbau und mir die Wohnung begutachtete. Die Terminfindung wurde seitens Weser
