Wo Menschen, zum Glück, noch nicht von unbeliebter KI ersetzt werden, kann es mal zu Unstimmigkeiten kommen. Ärgerlich für den bei dem es vorkommt. ABER, mit Menschen kann man reden. Mit der KI nicht. Seit Jahren bei Wechselpilot. Gebe im Januar, bei Wechselpilot, meinen Zählerstand ein und der Rest läuft zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Strompreise steigen bei vielen aber ich bleibe immer auf einem niedrigeren Niveau und spare tatsächlich. Vor jedem wechsel kurze, klare und verständliche Info zum neuen Tarif. Sehr einfach, übersichtlich und keine Werbebomben. Klasse.
Ich bin mit Wechselpilot sehr zufrieden. Der gesamte Prozess war einfach, transparent und zeitsparend. Besonders positiv fand ich den zuverlässigen Service und die regelmäßige Information über Einsparungen und Tarifwechsel. Ich musste mich um nichts kümmern, was den Service wirklich angenehm macht. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die unkompliziert Energiekosten sparen möchten.
Angebot per Email bekommen. Selber recherchiert und günstigeren Anbieter gefunden. Da es Online kein "Kündigungsbutton" oder ähnliches gibt, was übrigens für alle Unternehmen seit Juli 2022 Pflicht ist, habe ich einen Rückruf eingetragen. Direkt im Anschluss habe ich den selbst ausgesuchten Stromanbieter dann abgeschlossen... kommt einen Tag später von Wechselpilot eine Benachrichtigung per Email mit "Ihr neuer Stromvertrag ist angefragt" ... Was stimmt mit euch nicht? Ich mache mir selber die Arbeit und ihr glaubt dann dass ich euch Geld schenke fürs nichts tun? Ganz sicher nicht. Da ihr es verpennt habt den Kündigungsbutton auf eurer Seite einzubauen kündige ich fristlos (§ 312 k Absatz 6 Satz 1 BGB). Versucht das bei jemand anderen aber nicht mit mir. Bin fertig mit dieser Firma. Sollte auf meinen Rückrufwunsch nicht reagiert werden lasse ich es auf mich zukommen und warte auf eine Ab
Finger weg davon! Null Sterne für den miesesten Service, den man sich vorstellen kann. 3 Monate vor Anbieterwechsel mich angemeldet und alten Vertrag gekündigt. Trotz ständiger Nachfrage keine neuen Anbieter bekommen. Erst nach Widerruf des Vertrages und Rückfall in die Grundversorgung zieht angeblich der neue Anbieter Geld vom Konto ein!!!
