Editorial context
Working with a provider in Irving – what matters
When choosing an energy adviser in Irving, the first step is to establish the scope of the assignment. The available TruEnergy reviews mainly describe plan selection, energy procurement and support ahead of contract renewals. These activities differ from a technical building assessment or advice on energy-efficiency renovations. Anyone requiring those services should separately confirm their availability and the qualifications of the people responsible.
Comparing plans involves more than looking at individual quoted rates. Prospective clients should have offers assessed against actual consumption, potential base charges, contract length and pricing structure. Early termination and switching conditions also deserve attention. It is useful to ask which suppliers are included in the comparison and how the adviser is paid. The available sources do not address these points.
For multiple properties, the service locations and contract expiry dates to be covered should be established in advance. Since customers describe reminders before renewals, the precise scope of this support should be agreed: who monitors deadlines, when contact takes place and who approves a new contract.
Google reviews can offer insights into communication and processes. However, the supplied selection does not replace an individual assessment of an offer or clarification of the service scope. In particular, it cannot establish guaranteed savings for a specific property.

My experience with TruEnergy has been great. I have dealt with Shellie Wiggins, senior account manager for a couple years. She has been so helpful. I highly recommend her to help with electric rates.
I've been using Truenergy for a few years now and have been very pleased with their service. They are good at finding me the best rates (I even shop around myself to see) and do all the leg work for me. They are very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process and automatically check in with me a few months before my next renewal.
I've worked with Shana on several projects and having her team as an ally in Houston's energy market has made a real difference. As a property manager juggling multiple properties, trying to navigate providers and contracts on my own meant hours lost and a lot of headaches. With Shana, Daniela, and every single previous team member I've worked with, I get better rates, save significant time, and avoid the back and forth that usually comes with energy procurement. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Tru energy has assisted me in finding energy providers for several years now and I am very happy with their services. They help me find the best rates keep up with my expiring contracts. This saves a lot of time and energy
Nayar is my go to person at TruEnergy. Very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help get you into the right plan for your specific needs... Thanks Again Nayar
