Verlässliches Handwerk mit Erfahrung – Schneider Bau als starker Partner im Rohbau und Bestand Für mein privates Bauprojekt habe ich Schneider Bau mit verschiedenen Rohbauarbeiten beauftragt – darunter die Erstellung von Fundamenten, Betondecken, Ringbalken sowie Mauerarbeiten und Umbauten im Bestand. Gerade bei Arbeiten im Altbau ist Erfahrung und Fingerspitzengefühl gefragt – und genau das hat Schneiderbau bewiesen. Die Zusammenarbeit war von Anfang an angenehm und professionell. Termine wurden eingehalten, Absprachen klar kommuniziert, und die Baustelle lief strukturiert und effizient. Die Ausführung der Arbeiten war zu etwa 95 % sehr gut. Kleinere Abweichungen kamen vor, wie es bei komplexen Bauvorhaben üblich ist – wurden aber entweder direkt korrigiert oder waren im Rahmen absolut vertretbar. Besonders positiv ist mir die Herangehensweise bei den Umbauten im Bestand aufgefallen: Hi
Wer eine kompetente und zuverlässige Baufirma sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Die Arbeiten wurden sauber, termintreu und in bester Qualität ausgeführt. Vom ersten Gespräch bis zur Fertigstellung lief alles professionell und reibungslos. Absolute Empfehlung!
Wir haben auf guten Rat unseres Architekten hin mit dem Bauunternehmen Thomas Schneider den Rohbau eines Anbaus nebst Doppelgarage errichten lassen. Alles lief höchst professionell ab. Ein besonderer Dank gebührt dem uns zugeteilten Polier Mario , welcher sich mit viel Hingabe um unser Bauvorhaben gekümmert hat. Generell hat das gesamte Team sehr gute Arbeit geleistet - zuverlässig, schnell und in top Qualität. Danke!
