La mia esperienza con RockAgent è stata estremamente negativa. L'agente Piero Ghedini si è presentato ripetutamente in ritardo agli appuntamenti ed era spesso difficile da contattare telefonicamente. Un aspetto che ho trovato particolarmente poco professionale è stato il fatto che gli incontri per la sottoscrizione delle proposte d'acquisto si svolgessero al bar, un luogo che ritengo del tutto inadeguato per la firma di documenti così importanti. Durante la compilazione della proposta venivano inoltre aggiunte clausole scritte a penna, con una grafia difficilmente leggibile. Tra queste era presente una clausola con cui il venditore dichiarava di non assumersi responsabilità per eventuali abusi edilizi.
