Profile summary
Renewable Partners B.V. at a glance
Renewable Partners B.V. provides energy labels, WWS rental valuation assessments and energy improvement advice, with a connection to Amsterdam and coverage throughout the Netherlands. According to its website, the company has provided these services since 2022. Its target groups include landlords, property managers, estate agents and owners’ associations (VvEs).
Its services cover energy labels for residential and commercial properties, tailored assessments of measures and their financial implications, and support with grant applications. It also offers multi-year maintenance plans, floor area measurements and digital building models. For larger property holdings, Renewable Partners provides portfolio assessments covering labels, WWS status, funding opportunities and capital expenditure planning.
The website states that the company is BRL 9500 certified and Kiwa registered, and has registered more than 15,000 energy labels. Its adviser headcount is inconsistent: several sections mention 18, while the team section states 25. A definitive current team size cannot therefore be established from the supplied material.

Editorial context
Working with a provider in Amsterdam – what matters
When commissioning energy advice in Amsterdam, first define the intended outcome. A registered energy label, a WWS rental valuation assessment and a tailored improvement plan address different questions. Renewable Partners lists these as separate services. The commission should therefore clearly identify the documents, calculations and registrations included, and whether additional advice is charged separately.
For a transparent assessment, it is also important to establish which documents are required before the site visit. Where building elements have already been upgraded, agree in advance on the evidence the provider will accept. Existing reports, technical specifications and invoices may be relevant; the provider should confirm which documents are sufficient for the particular assessment. For apartments within a VvE, clarify what information about shared building elements or systems must be obtained from the managing agent.
For improvement advice, distinguish clearly between proposed measures, investment assumptions, expected savings and integration into maintenance planning. The provider’s MJOP plans and VvE services make this coordination particularly relevant. References to grant programmes should not be treated as a guarantee of funding; eligibility and the scope of application support need to be checked for each project.
Delivery times also warrant clarification: do they refer to the inspection, completed report or registration, and do they apply only once all documents have been received? Finally, agree how questions, supplementary evidence and potential corrections will be handled. These points provide general guidance rather than legal advice.

Selected reviews on Google
The supplied Google data shows a rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 719 reviews. In the provided selection, several reviewers praise quick responses, efficient processing and friendly, professional communication. A detailed report and appointment updates also receive positive mentions. Critical reviews concern energy labels that were lower than previous assessments and the handling of insulation evidence and VvE information. One reviewer also reports a lack of communication after the inspection and dissatisfaction with subsequent handling. These reviews are a selection; the individual accounts do not allow a conclusive assessment of the technical decisions.
They reduced the energy label assessment of my windows which was clearly documented with better insulation numbers in the previous assessment. They would accept only the invoice of the installation as evidence. Isn't the previous documented assessment evidence enough? Would not recommend their services
Excellent and highly professional service! The process of getting our energy label was incredibly smooth, with a very prompt reply and top-notch customer service. Highly recommended!"
I cannot fault their service from initial contact all the way to receiving their detailed report. Very good communication throughout, detailed analysis, friendly but professional, and very fast in response…all at a very competitive cost. Highly recommended…
I had an awful experience with Renewable Patrners! Organising and running a visit of thier expert was fine, but after things went completely wrong. They requested additional information from the VVE which I provided, there was no communication with the expert at all, and in 2 weeks I received a report with the energy label lower than the previously registered one, stating that there was not sufficient information received and that my file is closed. In the end, I had to pay 250EUR for registering a lower label than I had before, no communication, no customer service attitude and unpleasant exchanges by e-mail. Not recommended, stay away from this company!
Top service! Kept me informed about the programmed appointment and got my energy label in 1 day! Thanks!
