Editorial context

Working with a provider in Los Angeles – what matters

Anyone considering a real estate investment provider in Los Angeles should first distinguish education from services relating to a specific property. Workshops and investment training are documented for RealSuccess. This does not establish that the provider purchases properties, supplies financing, or assists with individual transactions. If needed, those services should be requested explicitly and their scope confirmed in writing.

For the listed subjects—flips, wholesaling, rental properties, and multifamily properties—a clear curriculum is useful. Prospective participants should check whether training covers practical calculations, financing costs, renovation budgets, operating expenses, and risk scenarios alongside general strategies. For application in Los Angeles, it also matters whether examples and market assumptions fit the relevant local submarket. General training does not replace an assessment of a specific property or its local circumstances.

Before booking, the total price, included events, materials, and support should be clear. Potential charges for additional programs and written cancellation and refund terms also deserve attention. Where support is offered, clarify who provides it, what it covers, and expected response times. Statements about community or financial goals should not be treated as financing commitments or assured investment outcomes.

Reviews can provide additional perspectives but should be considered alongside verifiable service descriptions. The supplied selection makes teaching depth, the proportion of sales activity, and practical support particularly useful points to clarify. This is general guidance, not legal advice.

Selected reviews on Google

The supplied Google data show an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 292 reviews. The available texts are only a selection and do not establish the distribution of experiences across all reviews. Positive comments describe personal motivation and some useful learning points. Recurring criticism concerns substantial sales activity or upselling, limited educational depth, and perceived poor value for money. Several critical accounts also report missing or insufficiently specific support. Two reviews mention starting prices of $20,000 or personal spending above $20,000; these are reviewer accounts, not a verified current price list. Notably, the author of one five-star review explicitly rejects its original success claim, stating that someone else wrote it and that the claimed first flip had not occurred. That rating should therefore not be read as an unqualified endorsement.

Build confidence for yourself, 50k on my first flip was my access to it, lots of people complain but if you dotn take action you wont do it, the commhnity is everything This was not written by me. I use punctuation & an particular about proofreading. It was written on my phone when someone asked to see it. I have still not gotten any help, funding or done a first flip! I can't afford the program without doing one. Although some ppl were helpful in advice, none applied to my situation. I'm not discouraged however. I did learn 2 things that will be useful, should the time arise. I am going to miss out on the "boots on the ground" however, unless someone takes me on, in at least, a jv before then. I have and see many multiple deals I could make bank on but no one has given me a chance yet just bc my official LLC is"new". I'm not. I've been doing the construction side since 99 until I got in

Before I dive into this let’s just say that I received nothing out of this but a lot of invest into your future spill. My wife and I attended a three day course at looking at becoming more financially free and we didn’t get that from this seminar. Two many side family stories and not enuff in-depth detailing, From the very beginning of when we first went, we sat in the front to make sure that we were close enough. That way we’re being acknowledge from the staff that was hosting the event the second day that we were there the owner Joe came introduce themselves, but then immediately started calling students out to try to get them to upsell. They want your personal information your financials of what you bring home and what your daddy is and I didn’t understand any of what they had to do with flipping houses whole selling multi families. You had a staff of investors that was told from the

I attended the three-day seminar expecting an educational real estate workshop, but it was mostly a sales pitch for their service/product. The real estate content was minimal, full of fluff, and none of the information was backed up with practical details. Even the “service” being offered had no clear facts, verifiable details, or credible testimonials—everything was vague. With pricing starting at $20k and nothing to substantiate its value, the program felt misleading and borderline like a scam.

I am having a great experience working with real success, I did the 2 hours, then the 3 days- that opened my eyes to financial freedom- and now I’m embarking on a new journey as a student and I’m successful at it, so I recommend everyone this work if you work it

This program was an extremely expensive mistake. We paid over $20,000, and the value delivered was nowhere near what was promised. The material is surface-level and very basic — information you could find for free or at a tiny fraction of the cost. There is no real depth, no serious strategy, and no meaningful guidance when it actually matters. When students begin working on real deals, the support is either vague, delayed, or simply not there. What they are consistent about is upselling. From the moment you join, there is constant pressure to enroll in even more “advanced” or “exclusive” programs — at an additional cost. Many of the people running these programs do not demonstrate real expertise, and some disappear just weeks after the program starts. For a program that costs over $20K, the lack of professionalism, depth, and accountability is unacceptable. We did not receive a retur
