Wir sind absolut begeistert von diesem Stromanbieter. Der Kundenservice ist ohnehin schon klasse, aber unser Berater Fabi ist einfach spitze – immer super nett, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch eine riesige zu unserer Hochzeit: Wir haben tatsächlich einen wunderschönen Blumenstrauß erhalten! Das zeigt, dass Fabi und das Team ihre Kunden noch wirklich schätzen. Mein Mann und ich sagen von Herzen Danke für diese tolle Geste!
Wir haben mit Octopus das ganze Programm durchgezogen: erst die Wärmepumpe, dann den Stromvertrag. Wir können nur Gutes berichten: die Anlage wurde hervorragend geplant und von kompetenten Handwerkern der Firma umgesetzt. Ziemlich perfekte Arbeit von Handwerkern, die das nicht zum ersten Mal machten. Zurück blieb eine saubere Baustelle, der Abtransport des Restmülls und Verpackungsmaterials geschah zügig. Der Anbieterwechsel beim Stromvertrag lief reibungslos. Dies mag auch daran gelegen haben, dass wir schon einen Smart Meter hatten. Während all dieser Wochen hatten wir einen immer erreichbaren Menschen im Kundenservice, der mit Rat und Tat und passenden Lösungen uns zur Seite stand. Wenn es um Kundenservice geht, war bisher für uns Apple das Maß aller Dinge. Octopus Energy steht auf Augenhöhe daneben.
Mega! Alleine, dass ich meinen Stromanbieter bewerte und dann auch noch positiv (statt negativ) sagt schon alles. Octopus war sehr kundenfreundlich und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit meine Anfrage super zufriedenstellend erledigt. Vielen Dank an Daniel Priemer für den tollen Service!
Octopus Energy ist ein Stromlieferant wie man ihn sich wünscht. Hervorragende Erreichbarkeit, telefonischer Service mit „echten Menschen“ und hoher Kundenorientierung. Die Serviceleute sind gut geschult und haben plausibel, ehrliche Argumente. Sie geben dem Kunden das Gefühl ernst genommen zu werden (vielen Dank Franziska :-)). Ich bin seit langer Zeit bei diesem Anbieter und über die Jahre hat sich der Service auf dem gleichen hohen Niveau gehalten. Weiter so Octopus Energy.
