LUXURY PROPERTIES | The French Luxury Real Estate Society at a glance

LUXURY PROPERTIES | The French Luxury Real Estate Society presents itself on its website as an agency for luxury property in Paris and France, with additional international offerings. Its focus includes apartments, Haussmann-style properties, duplexes and penthouses, alongside townhouses, villas, estates and châteaux. The sales listings shown include properties in the first and 16th arrondissements of Paris and in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

The website describes three core service areas: purchase assistance, valuation and sales, and rentals. For prospective buyers, properties are selected according to their search criteria. For valuations, the company refers to a service providing a detailed report with supporting explanations. Its rental offering caters both to holiday visitors and to people seeking year-round accommodation, in France and abroad.

The directory places the provider in the real estate investor category. However, the supplied website content primarily documents brokerage services rather than investment on its own account or asset management. The supplied material contains no information about its founding year, team size or memberships.

Editorial context

Working with a provider in Paris – what matters

Anyone appointing a property provider for an investment in Paris should first clarify its role: does it broker properties, assist with purchases or invest on its own account? LUXURY PROPERTIES describes property selection, valuation, sales and rentals. Broader investment advice or ongoing property management should therefore not be assumed, but specifically confirmed before an appointment.

For the luxury apartments, penthouses and historic estates mentioned on the website, property-specific checks are important. Alongside location, floor area and condition, prospective buyers should consider maintenance costs, shared building expenses for jointly owned buildings and anticipated works. A valuation report is easier to assess when its valuation date, comparison evidence and relevant property characteristics are clearly explained. The scope of services, fees and responsibilities should also be recorded in writing.

For a rental investment, holiday letting and year-round letting need to be considered separately. Before preparing financial projections, buyers should check the permitted use, realistic rental income, vacancy assumptions and ongoing expenses. A prominent location or luxury specification alone does not establish a return. International offerings also require consideration of local market conditions, additional costs and arrangements for support on the ground.

The attribution of reviews deserves attention too: several supplied reviews name Nestenn rather than LUXURY PROPERTIES. Prospective clients should therefore check which company and location any references concern. These points provide general guidance and do not replace legal or tax advice.

I had an amazing experience working with Mr. Gérard Tuil from Nestenn Real Estate Paris. From start to finish, he was very professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping us get the perfect apartment for our family. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free and he was always present and ready to help. Thanks to him we got what we wanted. I highly recommend Mr. Tuil to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent. Truly exceptional service!

Agence Nestenn is a great company and Lia Gibbs was absolutely wonderful! She was thorough and kind, she knew her information and helped me with any questions I had! I definitely recommend her to anyone! My French isn’t the best, but she made a strong effort to speak to me in English! Great experience!

I rented an apartment through this agency. Super helpful and very fast with the entire process of renting an apartment. Very professional! Working with this agency was the most positive experience renting an apartment in Paris I have had especially as a foreigner. The only con is I have not received my security deposit back after contacting multiple times.
