Danke für die Fehlplanung beim Projekt Gruga Carrèe in Essen: Fallrohre vergessen, die nun mitten in den Balkonen stehen. Glasecken ohne Heizung, dafür mit Schimmelbildung. Fußbodenheizung in der Küche falsch verlegt: Boden kalt, Geschirr und Töpfe immer vorgewärmt. Zu niedrige Brüstungshöhe im 4. OG. Das Schlimmste: Die Bäder sind vom EG bis unters Dach über den Installationsschacht direkt miteinander verbunden – Folge: nicht nur Gerüche wandern von unten nach oben, sondern im Brandfall auch Rauchgase von einer Wohnung in die nächste.
