Back in July of 2025 I contacted Mr. Matteo Miccinesi about a listing on the website of Immobiliare Italiana. During the call Mr. Miccinesi promised that he would find the perfect fit for my wife and me. In early August a visit to Florence was organized and Mrs. Corinna Cinti very efficiently led the efforts to show us several apartments, providing plenty of information on the features of each dwelling. My wife & I fell in love with one of the properties and even during their summer holidays, Mrs. Cinti and Mr. Miccinesi were eager to provide all the additional information that we requested and start negotiations with the seller.
