Editorial context

Working with a provider in Brussel – what matters

When considering a property investor in Brussels, first establish the relationship you are looking for: renting a home, investing in the company or obtaining a service for a property you own. Home Invest Belgium primarily describes developing, letting and maintaining its own portfolio, alongside investment through listed shares. Management of third-party properties is not established by the supplied sources.

Prospective tenants should compare individual properties. In addition to the basic rent, clarify service charges, energy performance, the condition and equipment of the home, and the communal facilities actually available. The website mentions various amenities, but this does not establish that every building offers all of them. Lease duration, pet policies and co-housing options should also be confirmed for the particular property, since some company statements apply only to most buildings.

For handover and ongoing support, clear condition records, defined responsibilities and an understandable repair-reporting process are important. Home Invest Belgium mentions independent experts at move-in and move-out and a Solutions Centre. Applicants can ask how urgent and routine requests are distinguished and what follow-up to expect.

Anyone considering shares should review current investor documents, costs, share-price risks and distribution conditions. Historical comparisons on the website do not replace an assessment of current circumstances or guarantee future returns. These points provide general orientation rather than legal or investment advice.

I have been a tenant with Home Invest for nine years, and my experience has always been very positive. The team is professional, friendly, and highly responsive. Whenever a problem arises or assistance is needed, they react quickly and effectively, whether through email or by phone. Their customer service is excellent, and they always deal with issues fairly and professionally.

Very Greedy and Cunning peoples, There are several points but I noticed most of it already mentioned in the previous reviews, please count each one of these reviews seriously before considering Home Invest even the last option. And it's not only about issues but the gesture, It doesn't matter how long you stay with them, they will remain ruthless. In short Avoid renting from Home Invest at all costs, instead regretting and frustrating later.

Read carefully if you’re thinking of renting one of their places! Home Invest Belgium is by far one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Their approach is lazy, disorganized, and they have clearly abandoned any effort to provide good service or genuinely support the tenants in their buildings. They are extremely difficult to reach, and when you do manage to contact them, they either do not respond, drag issues out for months, or simply fail to understand your request and ignore it, hoping you will not follow up. This is not just incompetence, it is outright disrespect. One example: I called their finance department after repeatedly receiving incorrect rent invoices. To avoid delays, I had been paying my rent one month in advance for several months. Despite this, they claimed I was behind on payments. When I tried to explain, they laughed over the phone and told m
