5 star because I was able to get through to a real, knowledgeable, and helpful person with ease by phone on a Wed afternoon. There were some menus to navigate, but very reasonable, and I was not requested to verify my account before being connected to someone. I didn't know companies like this still exist.
I changed my review from one star to 5 stars, after Hemlane reached out immediately to resolve my issue. I had a phone meeting with Saher today. We walked through the website and she answered all of my questions. I am much happier with their service now.
would like to share my disappointment with the lack of communication regarding our rental reference request. We requested a rental reference letter over a week ago and have followed up multiple times without receiving a response. In particular, we reached out to Carlos, who acknowledged our message but has not provided any update or assistance regarding the reference letter. Throughout our tenancy, we always paid our rent on time, never had any late payments, and took great care of the property. We treated the home as if it were our own and maintained it in excellent condition at all times. As we are currently applying for a new home, this reference letter is extremely important for our family. It is frustrating that after being responsible tenants and maintaining a positive rental history, we are unable to receive a simple response to a reasonable request. We respectfully ask that s

Horrible customer service and continuous screw up simple task or services.all I use them for is processing my renters rent payment each month and they can’t do that correctly. You will spend hours on hold or giving false promises of someone getting back to you.they just send the same email over and over with different name attached. Also my renter sent payment April 30 and took 12 days before money was deposited into my bank account. Don’t give buiness to such a horrible incompetent company. Expect extremely long wait times on phone as well( well over a hour)
I tried to get back in the application to finish but it's locked me out. Definitely not user friendly! Then I tried to send a message that someone contacted me about the house I wanted saying " I was approved" and wanted my $ by Chime! I tried to tell them about this but they ignored my message! Definitely not user friendly ..thanks but no thanks!
