This is followed by an on-site survey by a certified energy efficiency expert and heat pump planning by qualified heating and plumbing specialists. The website states that installation is carried out through regional contractors; subsidy applications, acceptance checks and optimisation are also included in the described process.

Editorial context
Working with a provider in Berlin – what matters
When choosing an energy consultant in Berlin, first establish whether the project requires an assessment of the existing building, an individual renovation roadmap or detailed planning for a heating upgrade. Enter lists both energy consulting with an iSFP and the implementation of heat pump and photovoltaic systems. Prospective customers should therefore clarify which consulting, planning and installation services are included in their specific contract.
Building data, heating load and the existing heating system are important foundations for heat pump planning. Enter describes an on-site survey and heating load calculation. It is useful to ask which calculations and planning documents will be provided and to raise unusual installation conditions early. Customers should also establish who assesses technical suitability and how changes to the initially proposed system are handled.
Where advice, equipment selection, installation and subsidy applications are offered together, responsibilities and handovers should be clear. This includes a named contact, the installation contractor’s scope of work and responsibilities for acceptance checks and optimisation. A fixed-price offer should be examined for ancillary work, exclusions and the subsidy assumptions underlying the price.
Subsidy options need to be assessed for the individual project; an advertised starting price after subsidies does not replace a personalised cost breakdown. Comparing offers is easier when they cover the same technical scope and show costs before and after subsidies separately. The scope, schedule and deliverables of an iSFP consultation should also be agreed in advance.

Questions & answers
Does Enter operate only in Berlin?
No. Enter states on its website that it operates throughout Germany. According to the company, installation is carried out through a network of regional heating and plumbing contractors. The website lists baupal GmbH’s business address in Berlin.
How does Enter’s consultation and heat pump planning process work?
The website describes a free consultation by video or at home. A certified energy efficiency expert then collects building data on site. Qualified heating and plumbing specialists plan the heat pump. Installation and subsidy handling follow, along with acceptance checks and optimisation.
Does Enter offer an individual renovation roadmap?
Yes. The website lists energy consulting with an iSFP. The supplied website extracts do not specify its price, turnaround time or the documents provided. These details should be requested directly through the contact form.
How much does a heat pump from Enter cost?
The website quotes a starting price of €5,960 with subsidies taken into account. According to the provider, the actual price depends on factors including the required output, the building’s age and condition, and site conditions. The subsidy amount depends partly on income and housing circumstances. The quoted amount is therefore not a universal project price.
Who handles installation and subsidy applications?
According to the company, regional heating and plumbing contractors carry out installation. Subsidy applications and service are included in the scope described on the website. The tasks included in a specific offer should be clarified through the contact form.

Selected reviews on Google
The supplied Google data report 4.6 out of 5 stars from 240 reviews. The available selection consists of five reviews rated between one and three stars and therefore does not provide a complete picture of the overall feedback. Recurring criticism concerns value for money and differences between expected and received offers or services. Several reviewers express dissatisfaction with advice or customer support. Individual accounts mention changing contacts, missed deadlines, unwanted contact despite withdrawing consent, or rejection of a project with an unusual installation arrangement. One review praises the quick, straightforward initial contact and online consultation, while describing the offer as too expensive and technically unsuitable. These statements reflect the reviewers’ personal experiences.
Keine echten Angebote.
