Nice place to buy your future new apartment by Cogedim promotion and choose your garments and customise your interior decoration and furniture, through the two decorated show apartments. Also a space for Art exhibitions.

Vous hésitez à acheter avec Cogedim ? Réfléchissez y a deux fois. Notre résidence a un an et nous avons eu une grosse inondation le jour des grosses pluies le 10 mai 2026 sauf que tout est rentré par un trou que les entreprises avaient laissés ouvert dans le mur. Oui oui, un trou dans le mur (dans une cave réservé à Enedis donc que nous avions jamais pu visiter). Les ascenseurs sont endommagés et maintenant Sogeprom qui fait le suivi ose nous dire que l’eau serait rentré quand même s’il n’y avait pas le trou donc ce n’est pas de leur faute et pas de prise en charge. Mauvaise foi assurée et service client à revoir !
