Wir haben an Casa Sogno ein Mehrfamilienhaus in Dortmund verkauft. Der gesamte Prozess lief reibungslos, professionell und transparent. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss war alles top organisiert. Klare Empfehlung – so wünscht man sich einen Verkauf!
Rücksichtslos gegenüber Nachbarn. Bauschutt und Staub landen ohne Ende auf unserem Balkon, in unserem Garten. Es wird keine Folie/Netz genutzt.
Wir haben über casa sogno eine Immobilie in Dortmund erworben und sind von der Gesamtabwicklung durchgehend begeistert. Insbesondere der Kontakt zu Herrn Sträter war immer unkompliziert, sämtliche unserer Anliegen wurden - auch nach Vertragsunterzeichnung - vollumfänglich und zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt. Top Hausverwaltung! Ich wohne seit über 15 Jahren in diesem Haus und habe die Verwalter kommen und gehen sehen…, jeder hat uns versprochen, es würde jetzt was gemacht werden, nichts ist passiert. Seitdem die Casa Sogno unsere Hausverwaltung ist, ist hier alles renoviert worden, wir haben zuverlässige Ansprechpartner und die Haustechniker sind sofort da wenn was kaputt geht. An Neujahr Kabelbrand in der Steckdose, eine Mail geschickt, am nächsten Tag alles erneuert worden obwohl der Hauselektriker Urlaub hatte. So macht man das! Danke!
Die Zusammenarbeit mit Herrn Dr. Sträter im Rahmen eines Projektes zur Raumakustik und zum Schallimmissionsschutz war durchweg sehr positiv. Die Kommunikation war klar und effizient und es wurde großer Wert auf Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit gelegt. Ich kann die Firma casa sogno GmbH uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freue mich auf zukünftige gemeinsame Projekte.
