🏆🥇 Der BESTE Immobilienexperte in Hannover, Hamburg und ganz Niedersachsen. Wir haben in der Vergangenheit leider häufiger schlechte Erfahrungen mit "herkömmlichen" Immobilienmaklern gemacht. Sowohl beim Kauf als auch beim Verkauf. Ich weiß also wovon ich spreche. Gemeinsam hatten all diese selbsternannten Experten, dass sie viele Versprechungen gemacht haben, diese aber leider nicht eingehalten haben. Teilweise habe ich das Gefühl besser über das Immobiliengeschäft Bescheid zu wissen, als die Makler selbst. (Ich habe einen Immobilienbestand und kaufe und verkaufe hin und wieder - daher habe ich eine gewisse Sensibilität zum Thema Immobilien, Vermarktung & Verkauf entwickelt.) Auf die familiengeführte Immobiliengruppe Benit bin ich vor einem Jahr zufällig durch einen Arbeitskollegen aufmerksam. Kerngeschäft ist der Kauf & Entwicklung größerer Immobilienvorhaben. Das bedeutet hier ist
Menschlich und doch sehr professionell und unkompliziert! Ich bin richtig zufrieden mit dem Ablauf des Verkaufs. Der Makler weiß was wann was zu tun ist und tut es auch! Falls ich wieder einmal ein Haus verkaufen will, dann weiß ich an wen ich mich wende!
