Profile summary

Beanstock at a glance

Beanstock is a platform for investment in rental property and the management of rented homes. The services described on its website combine property sourcing with support for mortgage financing, building works, energy renovation, letting and tax administration. The company also offers rental management and tax return support under the French LMNP framework for non-professional furnished letting.

According to its website, Beanstock uses technology and professional expertise to analyse investment projects. An app is intended to support property portfolio management. The website reports more than 1,500 investment projects managed, over €200 million invested by clients and more than 2,000 units under management. These figures are the provider’s own statements.

One published project example is located in Paris, with a stated total budget of €208,000 and a net yield of 4.2%. The supplied Google data show a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 1,739 reviews. The available review excerpts primarily concern apartment searches, viewings and support when moving in, rather than the financial performance of investment projects.

Editorial context

Working with a provider in Paris – what matters

Anyone appointing a rental investment service provider in Paris should first clarify the precise scope of the engagement. For an offering such as Beanstock’s, which combines property sourcing, financing support, works, letting and management, it matters which stages are included in the contract, which carry separate charges and who is responsible for each task. The distinction between assistance with a mortgage and the actual lending decision should also be clear.

A financial assessment should include a complete budget covering acquisition costs, works, furnishings, financing and ongoing management. For any quoted yield, prospective clients should ask which expenses are included and what assumptions have been made about rent, vacancy and maintenance. The Paris project shown on the website is an individual example, not evidence of future results.

Since Beanstock offers energy renovation and states a guaranteed DPE rating of D on its website, clients should examine the initial condition, agreed works, evidence of the result and guarantee conditions in advance. DPE is the French assessment of a property’s energy performance.

For rental management, responsibilities for tenant selection, handover, repairs and reporting are useful comparison points. For the LMNP tax return service, clients should clarify the documents required and the work included; suitability for their own tax circumstances requires separate assessment. The supplied reviews offer impressions of support for apartment seekers and tenants, but do not replace scrutiny of an investment calculation or contract. This is general context, not legal or tax advice.

I would like to thank Houssein for all his help throughout the process of finding my apartment. He was always available, responsive, and made every step much easier for me. Thanks to his support and professionalism, I was able to secure the apartment I was looking for. I really appreciate all his efforts and would definitely recommend working with him.

I loved Rania she's the BEST! I was lost and Rania helped me alllll the wayyy ! She went over and beyond for me... for like 6 hours straight .. from assisting me by calling her boss , from checking my location to see if I was at the right place , showing me which train to get to get to the House ..and everything u can possibly think of she helped me with and finally I made it safely to The House and she made sure there was someone there to give me the keys. She still checked back to make sure I got through. I am just so grateful and thankful. When I return I only want to deal with Rania ! Thank you guys so much again. 🙏🏽
