Die Firma versucht, sich aus der Verantwortung zu ziehen, indem sie behauptet, die Immobilie seit Januar nicht mehr zu verwalten, und verweist uns an den Eigentümer – obwohl die Firma im Mietvertrag als Vertragspartner und offizieller Vertreter aufgeführt ist. Erst jetzt, nach vier Monaten unaufhörlicher Bitten und Mahnungen, haben wir gnädigerweise die K

Sie hat ein gewinnbringendes Konzept entwickelt, welches gut verständlich ist und wo man sich als Eigentümer kompetent aufgehoben fühlt - und das langfristig. Ich bin seit 5 Jahren in der Betreuung und meine Immobilie in der Nähe von Dresden ist eine tolle Kapitalanlage. Man wird durch Workshops immer geupdated und hat immer einen Ansprechpartner.
