The proprietary SnapHOA software supports task tracking and communication, among other functions. For high-rise properties and large communities, the website describes property-specific management teams and round-the-clock resident support.
The company states that it has more than 40 years of HOA management experience and holds Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) accreditation through the Community Associations Institute. The supplied Google data shows a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 336 reviews.

Editorial context
Working with a provider in Los Angeles – what matters
Anyone seeking to appoint a property developer in Los Angeles should first clarify the role the provider actually performs. Land development, planning, and construction should be distinguished from the subsequent management of a homeowners association. For Action Property Management, the supplied materials specifically document HOA management and support for builders launching new communities. Any broader development responsibilities should be explicitly checked through the contact form.
For new developments, it is useful to define the transition from initial occupancy to ongoing operations in the proposal. This includes responsibility for resident inquiries, setting up accounting, communicating with the HOA board, and staffing the management team. Prospective clients should ask which tasks are covered during the startup phase and how its completion is determined.
For high-rise buildings and larger communities, coordination between management, building engineering, front desk staff, and external vendors also matters. Comparing proposed on-site hours, backup arrangements, and procedures for urgent issues can help clarify the service. Round-the-clock support should not automatically be taken to mean continuous on-site staffing.
For digital offerings such as SnapHOA, boards should request a demonstration of available financial reports, approval workflows, and task tracking. Before appointment, included services, additional charges, and reporting responsibilities should also be documented. Reviews can provide insight into everyday operations at individual managed buildings, but they do not replace an assessment of the specific proposal.

Adrian, Ruben, and Will at Luma are hands down the best front desk team I’ve encountered. They are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely care about helping residents. Whether it’s handling packages, answering questions, coordinating with building staff, or simply making sure residents feel informed and supported, they consistently go the extra mile. They create a positive atmosphere the moment you walk through the door and make everyone feel valued. Their communication is excellent, they’re proactive when issues arise, and they’re always willing to help with a smile. Living at Luma is a better experience because of them. Thank you, Adrian, Ruben, and Will, for all that you do!
Our manager, John Garcia, is a stand out. I serve as our HOA board president. He is conscientious, experienced, responsive, knowledgeable, hard working, personable, organized, committed to understanding both our building and the owners' goals and the organization he is part of. He works seamlessly with our building engineer, Salvador Ramirez, who is equally effective in his own role. John is the best manager I have ever worked with in 10 years of condominium living. A downtown high rise property can be a challenge. John has risen to the challenge in every way, and we are making progress like never before. We are resolving long standing problems, and anticipating how to knock down new ones. We are finally on top of matters, and John Garcia put us there. We have made it clear to him that if John ever leaves Action Property Management, management of our property will go with him.
I’ve lived in downtown LA for quite a while and Luma in South Park is the best building I’ve lived in but it's not just the location it's the people who run it. The management team is responsive, the front desk staff is incredibly friendly, the engineers care about the units, and security is always on top of things and very welcoming. I especially want to shout out Rueben at the front desk. He’s always friendly, helpful, and welcoming and it adds to the overall experience of living here. I also really appreciate the building’s communication. The email updates keep residents informed, maintenance is handled efficiently, and I’ve never had a package lost or misplaced. Overall, a very well-managed building with a team that truly cares.
Living at Luma has been an amazing experience. The concierge, management, and security teams are all exceptional—professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Ruben, Will who consistently goes above and beyond with outstanding service and kindness. Their dedication truly makes Luma feel like home. Highly recommend!
Huge shout-out to the front desk staff! Ruben, Will, Yaire, and Adrian are absolutely fantastic. They are always helpful, attentive, and make living in Downtown LA so much easier. I really appreciate their hard work and positive energy every day!
