Work stages
The HOAI divides the work into nine stages – from basic evaluation to project support. You can also commission individual stages.
Chamber registration
Only people registered with the chamber of architects may use the title “Architekt”.
Planning application
Projects requiring permission need an authorised design author.

How many proposals should I compare?
Two or three genuinely comparable proposals are often more useful than many offers with different assumptions.
